Just one of those subjects that has remained almost a bit of a mystery because of so little information really being out there in history and yet I've always loved playing with the possibilities of what you can achieve just by introducing leather to water and varying the temperature… In this short guide, I introduce you to some of the thinking behind the processes.

A graduate of the Italia Conti Academy, I started my career as a child actor before finding my true passion in re-enactment, Renaissance Faires, and LARP. Moving to Chichester 20 years ago, I began my journey as a leatherworker, armourer, and costumer.
